After helping many people personally transform through guided erotic meditation and erotic trance, I feel more than comfortable encouraging the curious to explore. Believe me, it's worth it.

Understanding Erotic Meditation and Sensual Trance

The best way I've found to perform erotic meditation is to listen to someone who is using erotic hypnosis or some gentle hypnotic induction. Most guided meditations use hypnotic techniques. This is great for getting you into a deep state of relaxation and focus.


Once relaxed it is easier to allow for full sexual energy flow. The erotic trance state lets the mind and body really open up to what the guide or hypnotist is saying. Through this form of sexual mindfulness listeners often encounter states of effortless, sacred sexuality.

Some Unexpected Benefits of Sexual Meditation

The most common feedback I get from the women I do sexual mindfulness work with is an awakening to their full erotic energy and a more conscious sexuality. This almost always spills over into other areas of life. Once the sexual self has been awakened and roused out of bed, massive creative energy is released.


This creative energy can be channeled into just about anything. And often, it doesn't require conscious focus to begin to change things. In a way the mind itself has been opened with the body and presence. Life force is free to move as it naturally wants to.


And this is the secret to the whole thing. Your sexual energy is life force and it wants to be free to move about and flow as it desires. It's a very natural thing. Focusing upon your sexual energy and allowing it to do what it wants allows for massive release.

Getting Started with Erotic Meditation

If you want to try it out without audio, just get in a comfortable position. Close your eyes and focus on your breath for a little while as you relax. Deep breaths. And then relax.


And relax...


And relax.


Focus on your pelvic floor and contract as you breath in. Release as you breathe out. Do this for a while. You will feel your sexual energy building up as you focus on this area.


If you're strong down here, start contracting and holding for as long as you can. This will cause the energy to really begin to build. If you hold it long enough you may experience involuntary fluttering of muscles.


Continue to focus on the area.


From here you can really take it where you want. Sometimes there are emotions that get released. Sometimes the energy would like to move up into other areas.


I would recommend to listen to the energy and let it tell you what it wants to do. Bring it to the heart. To the head.


Eventually you will feel it's time to stop.


Documenting your growth over time is a good idea, even if you don't go back and read it. Writing is good for you.
