My Embedded Commands: Language Patterns in Erotic Hypnosis

As a seasoned (spicy?) erotic hypnotist, I’ve come to know the power of well spoken words. And where you place them can have quite an impact. So why don’t you allow yourself a deeply relaxing moment now, to come with me and know as well.

When you speak certain phrases with intent it can sidestep the conscious mind and sink right into the deeper consciousness. This often causes unexpected, powerful emotional and physical responses. I’m talking about the wizardry of embedded commands here. It is a subtle yet potent language technique that can add layers and dimensions to erotic hypnosis script writing.

Here are some of my penetrations into the art of embedded commands. Also how I use them to create hypnotic experiences that are uncontrollably arousing. Whether you’re a hypnotist like me or just curious about how all this works, come with me and bring to light how specific language patterns can slide under the radar of the conscious mind.

A Quick Explanation of Embedded Commands

Embedded commands are thoughtfully constructed phrases hidden within ordinary language to invisibly influence the mind. These commands/suggestions are designed to evade conscious resistance to the commands, because they almost always go unnoticed. This can help you guide someone toward a desired thought, feeling, or action.

For example, in a session, I might say:"You may begin to notice how comfortable you feel as you relax and focus on my voice."

Embedded commands such as "begin to notice," "feel comfortable," and "relax" are all nestled snugly within the sentence. You can break it down some more and find commands like “notice how comfortable you feel” and “relax and focus on my voice”. On the surface the entire sentence appears to be a statement. But it is crammed full of suggestions. 

Part of your (not so conscious) mind picks up on this when the suggestions/commands are emphasized slightly in speaking.

Of course, in erotic hypnosis script writing, these commands take on sexual girth and depth. This is great for leading the subject/submissive into states of intensifying arousal, intimacy, and surrender. And that’s what we like, isn’t it.

Why Embedded Commands Are Ideal In Erotic Hypnosis

Erotic hypnosis is about creating intensely pleasurable experiences for your submissive. Embedded commands can be a very effective component because they:

1. Bypass Conscious Resistance

   • When you just straight tell someone to do something, at times they will resist you or overthink it. Embedded commands go right into the deeper consciousness, seeding suggestions without triggering resistance. Sometimes it may not work because it’s so subtle, but it is still very helpful in flavoring the experience. It tends to have an effect.

2. Build Anticipation and Desire

   • When you layer erotic suggestions/commands throughout a session, this creates rising undulations of arousal. The response is unconscious. The experience can be magical for the sub, because they may not understand why they just continue becoming more aroused.

3. Deepen the Trance

   • Embedded commands are great for reinforcing the hypnotic state by embedding deepeners. An example would be something like this - “You may realize already that you go deeper into trance with every deep breath.” Including suggestions to "go deeper" throughout the session is an effective way to keep the subject entrained.

Covert Hypnosis: The Ethics of Embedded Commands

There is overt hypnosis and then there is covert hypnosis. With overt hypnosis, I am open with you about the fact that I am using hypnosis on you. Usually this is because you came to me to get hypnotized, so you expect it. With overt hypnosis, the commands/suggestions are right out in the open, and you have full conscious choice whether to acquiesce or not. 

When the tools being used to influence you are out in the open, they're overt.

Embedded commands are part of the covert hypnosis toolkit. These are methods that the subject or listener is almost completely unaware of. The ways that covert hypnosis can be used to shape moods and behavior without one noticing are many. It’s good to at least be aware that they exist.

I personally like to share that I use embedded commands, because I prefer to build trust with you over time. So what I’m doing is being honest with you. I use covert hypnosis in my scripts and recordings. It is one of a number of hidden persuasion methods I use. And I like for you to know how they work.
